* 9:50 a.m. Start with Thai Fruit Salad as the appetizer

* 10:10 a.m. Preparing Curry paste

* 10.40 a.m. Soup and stir-fried session and tasting

* 11:40 p.m. Curry and dessert session and tasting

* 12: 30 p.m. Start Thai craft session

* 14: 30 p.m.: Class summary and giving the bamboo weaving product as the souvenir

* 15:00 Drop-off at your hotel
